This is the third update of FunOS ISO images in 2024, which works on the Linux kernel 6.5.0-21 as default and provides updated packages from Ubuntu ‘Jammy Jellyfish’ repos.
Changes:
- Based on the latest Ubuntu LTS release: 22.04.4
- All packages upgraded from the Ubuntu repos as of February 28, 2024
- Linux kernel 6.5.0-21
- Firefox 115.8.0esr
- Several improvements to JWM, PCManFM, XScreensaver, ISO bootloader, and systemd configuration
Notes:
From this release onwards, FunOS will use the version number following the Ubuntu release.
