This ISO is an alternative to the February 13, 2026 release (Ubiquity installer)
You do not need to reinstall if you are already using FunOS 24.04.4
System base remains the same

If you have already installed FunOS 24.04.4 using the Ubiquity installer, you do not need to reinstall your system.

However, if you want to get the 5 new wallpapers included in this update, follow the steps below.

First, update your system packages:

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

Next, download the FunOS update script:

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/funos-linux/funos-updates/main/ubuntu/24.04/funos-update

Install the script safely into the system:

sudo install -m 755 funos-update /usr/bin/funos-update

Run the update script:

sudo funos-update

Finally, clean up unused files and packages and reboot:

sudo rm -f funos-update
sudo apt autoremove
sudo reboot now

This release provides a more flexible installation option with Calamares while maintaining the stability of FunOS 24.04.4.
